The Big What If
If Auburn had beaten Georgia in the SEC Championship two years ago, it would've made the College Football Playoff. Jarrett Stidham was an incredible quarterback. Kerryon Johnson was a monster. Auburn was great in 2017. Fast forward to 2019, you've got the monster running back in JaTarvious Whitlow. You've got the brick wall D-Line. You've got the killer wide receivers. You also have the experienced O-Line and the lock-down defensive backs. Your linebackers are getting the hang of it. Looks like a great team right? Nope. Maybe you dominate on defense, but without a good quarterback, you're offense isn't gonna produce points. Bo Nix is really good. So is Joey Gatewood. So the point is, Auburn has a great team. Lots of NFL talent is present on Auburn's current roster. The quarterback is the question. If Auburn's starting quarterback can click, and truly succeed in a hostile conference, Auburn is going to be good. Really good. If the starting quarterback is a gunslinger like Jarrett Stidham was in 2017, Auburn will be extremely dangerous. There's never been a year where Auburn's been more identical to Alabama in NFL talent than this year. The bottom line is, if the quarterback can be consistently accurate, Auburn will be a huge threat. So now, let's dive into the Auburn position by position analysis.

          The Position by Position Analysis

➔The Defensive Backs
